Easy! Just click "Add To Cart" on the deal page, review your order, and checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email within 24 hours that contains your certificate and instructions on redemption.
Do I need to create an account to purchase the deal?
Yes, you need to register with the site in order to purchase this week's deal, but no worries - we won't take advantage! You have complete control over any emails you receive and you can opt out at any time. Plus, your account will make future purchases easier with any of our weekly deal programs, including MMR's Big Friggin' Deal, MGK's Discount Deal, BEN's Big Deal, and 97.5 The Fanatic's Deal of the Week.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase the deal with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. Debit/check cards are also accepted.
How will my purchase appear on my credit card or bank statement?
For Visa and MasterCard users, MMRsBigFrigginDeal will appear on your statement. For Discover and American Express users, "ONLINE PHOTOS&CONTESTS" will appear on your statement.
What happens if the deal doesn't receive enough purchases to "tip"?
Unless otherwise noted, our deals require a minimum of five (5) purchases before it goes into effect, or "tips". If you place an order before the deal tips, your order will be held until the minimum is met. If the minimum is not met by 11:59pm on Sunday night, the deal is cancelled and you will not be charged. To avoid this, make sure you spread the word about the deal to friends, family, co-workers, and everyone you know! Keep track of the deal's progress by checking the deal page frequently through the week. If you see "Deal Is On!", the deal has tipped and your order will be processed.
I don't have a working printer. How can I get a copy of my certificate?
If you have a smartphone, you may pull the certificate up via email and present to the merchant for redemption. Please make sure that all codes and scanbars are visible. If you're in need of a hard printed copy and have exhausted all options, please send an email to email@example.com with your name and order ID.
Can I use my certificate on the same day that I purchase it?
No. Your certificate will not be valid for redemption until the following Monday after the deal closes, unless otherwise noted. This is to guarantee that the merchant has a full list of codes from certificates sold through the deal, and can verify that each certificate is valid and has not already been redeemed.
I purchased the deal! Now, how do I use it?
Your certificate will not be valid for redemption until the following Monday after the deal closes. Once the redemption period begins, present the certificate to the point of purchase at the location(s) listed on your voucher, unless otherwise noted. Some deals may require special instructions for redeeming, which will be sent to you via email once the deal closes.
If someone else bought me the deal under their name, can I still use it?
Yes, of course! We encourge our customers to buy multiple deals as gifts. As long as the certificate's unique code has not already been redeemed, the certificate is valid for use. You may want to have the original purchaser's name on hand for verification purposes.
I don't think I want this deal anymore. Can I get a refund?
No. Unfortunately, we don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. All sales are final.
What if the business I purchase(d) a deal for closes down before the expiration date?
We make every effort to ensure our deals' partnerships are with thriving and promising businesses in the Greater Philadelphia area. However, in some unfortunate cases, a business will close its doors prior to a certificate's expiration date. In this situation, please contact the merchant directly for options on using your promotional credit. You may have the option of using your certificate at another location or with a new business - however, this is at the merchant's sole discretion.
My certificate is for a restaurant. Can I apply it towards tip?
No. Servers are not able to collect tips on gift certificates and promotional credit. Please be kind and remember to tip your waiter or waitress based on the full amount of your bill, before the discount.
No refunds? Only one deal a week? But that's not what Groupon does!

We offer one special deal each week for Philadelphia-based businesses that will appeal to the listeners of our four radio stations: 93.3 WMMR, 102.9 MGK, 95.7 BEN-FM, and 97.5 The Fanatic. The policies and rules of other deal sites are not valid for our program, but we aim to please just as much!
